SCREW-BARRELN
Different formulation and special screw geometry and optimum screw length which is formed to produce high-filled PVC allows both the screw is to be long lasting and production of product with desired features. The temperature balancing of screw is made covered internally.
MOTOR
Square body AC servo motor is issued in all of our extruders.
GEAR BOX
The gear boxes equipped with the features such as 4 shafts and special balance system are designed as to carry the high back pressure load. The gear boxes which are developed by our engineers as a result of long term research-development works are designed to work for long years with special oil cooling system.
CONTROL SYSTEM AND PANEL
The whole system will be controlled with PLC. Comfort use possibility is provided with User-friendly program and Machine-User interfaces.
PRODUCT FEEDING SYSTEM
One of the distinctive features of our new generation extruders is direct feeding system. The feature of easy use is offered thanks to specially designed inlet and mechanism.
